  Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish).

The mission of Healing Grounds Wellness Center, LLC, is to provide a warm, compassionate, and safe environment where diverse individuals from any ethnicity can find their true freedom to wholeness. Our approach is holistic: body, mind, physical, and spiritual. Although all counseling services are clinically based, applicants must be open and/or respectful to spirituality, as clients may request services for Christian counseling.

We are looking for an administrative assistant (Bilingual- Spanish Speaking) who can come to the office to help with administrative responsibilities. Must live in NJ, PA, or be close to the office. This position will require excellent communication with prospective clients in need of counseling and scheduling current clients, communicating with health care professionals, handling all clinicians' schedules, and engaging in daily general administrative duties. This position could eventually turn into full-time as we continue to grow.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Associate Degree (Minimum).
  • College students (PSY of SW majors are highly encouraged to apply)


Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants; Receptionists: Minimum 1 year
  • Customer service: Minimum 1 year (Required).


Skills and Proficiencies:

  • Proficient in MS Word, Google Slides/Docs, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in professional writing of letters and emails.
  • Competent in the use of various computer programs.

Communication:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a team of professionals.
  • Must be able to speak, write, and read fluent English and Spanish.


Work Style and Abilities:

  • Must be able to work independently and take initiative and be a self starter.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Well-organized with great time management skills.


Other Requirements:

  • Only serious, qualified candidates from within NJ/PA or local candidates will be considered.

  • Hours: M-F (20-25 hours per week) Hours will eventually increase as company continues to grow.
