About the Role
Are you passionate about healthcare finance and ensuring compliance in revenue processes? We're looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst to join our team! This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate charge capture, supporting clinical departments, and ensuring revenue cycle integrity. This is a remote position available to candidates residing in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, or Iowa.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and audit charge master data to ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency.
- Conduct regular charge capture analysis, including annual pricing reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure compliance with billing and coding regulations.
- Research industry regulations and help implement necessary changes affecting financial, billing, and coding operations.
- Collaborate with revenue cycle, IT, and clinical teams to align EPIC systems with charge master data.
- Support complex audits and assist in reviewing front-end charge capture tools for accuracy.
- Assist with special projects supporting finance, operations, and revenue cycle teams.
- Stay current with industry best practices through professional development opportunities.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and patient information.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or 10+ years of equivalent experience with progressive advancement.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in revenue integrity, billing, or healthcare finance.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and precision in financial and billing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of CPT coding and third-party billing requirements.
- Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare finance.
- EPIC Certification (Resolute Charge Capture).
- RHIA certification or other healthcare credentials (e.g., Radiology Technician, RN).
