Job Description

Who We Are

We are a fast-growing, female-founded company, currently home to a diverse and talented team of around 80 individuals from 14 different countries, speaking 18 languages. At our core, we value and celebrate our differences—whether they're cultural, personal, or professional. Despite these differences, we share key traits that define who we are: we are tenacious, humble, and thoughtful. Humility allows us to keep learning every day, while tenacity drives our fast-paced, high-performance environment. We believe in moving quickly but thoughtfully to bring out the best in each other and our work.

Right now is an exciting time to join our team. After successfully closing our Series A funding round in late 2022, we are preparing to kick off our Series B round in the upcoming year. This next chapter will undoubtedly have its challenges, but it will also be filled with innovation, excitement, and growth. If you're ready to dive in and be part of our journey, we'd love to hear from you!

What We Do

We provide a multi-award-winning accommodation platform designed to help businesses streamline and manage their corporate housing needs through innovative technology and a human-centered approach.

Our platform offers a network of over 7 million verified properties, ensuring duty of care compliance and backed by a robust four-tier quality control process. With properties in more than 35,000 cities across 165 countries, we cater to global business travel and talent mobility needs. Our proprietary software, combined with our thoughtful approach, helps managers find sustainable, smart solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.

Our Client Development team plays a key role in supporting and advising clients, proactively sharing insights, analyzing data, and equipping clients with the tools they need to make informed decisions for their corporate housing programs.

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for managing housing requests, offering personalized accommodation solutions, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming accommodation requests and present tailored housing options to corporate clients and relocation management partners through our platform.
Respond promptly to client inquiries about housing options and offer thoughtful, well-reasoned recommendations.
Build strong, lasting relationships with consultants from relocation management companies.
Assist with reporting on conversion rates and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain positive relationships with hospitality partners (hotels, serviced apartments) and participate in supplier meetings or training when necessary.
Conduct property inspections as required to ensure quality standards (US region).
Work closely with the Hospitality Growth team to identify market gaps and ensure our offerings remain competitive.
Contribute to product development and continuous improvement of our platform for hospitality operators in your region.
Engage with the community and contribute to content creation, events, conferences, and more.
Support the optimization of customer success technology and processes.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in hotel reservations, corporate housing, global mobility, or relocation.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Willingness to participate in an occasional weekend on-call rotation.
US-based.
Ways of Working

We are a fully remote team, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. While we hold regular touchpoints and organize off-sites in various locations, trust and autonomy are key to our culture. We believe in empowering our team members to make decisions and take ownership of their roles.

Why Join Us?

By joining our team, you'll be part of a company that values and prioritizes you. Here's what you can expect:

A team that genuinely puts people first.
Incredible opportunities for career growth and advancement.
A fully remote working environment.
Wellness benefits, including a wellness budget that you can use for gym memberships, home meal delivery services, mindfulness apps, and more.
A work-from-home allowance to help set up your ideal home office.
A generous vacation package to help you recharge and explore.
If you're excited about the opportunity to grow with us, we can't wait to hear from you!
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 85,000.00 Per Year
