For Stars Network LLC, or better known as “FSN” is the fastest-growing rowing network globally, that features the world’s largest rowing podcast and multimedia brand for the sport in the world.

We are NOW Accepting Applications and HIRING a Digital Content Producer (DCP) for the Spring 2025 Season & Beyond. This is a remote contract position with set guidelines.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Create Unique Design Content & Packages For Social Media & Editorial Use for the Largest College Rowing Media Company In The World for the Oldest College Sport in America.
• Create Graphics for Weekly Schedule & Results Across Men’s & Women’s Division 1 Rowing, Fan/Company Rankings, College Athlete Honors/Awards/Watchlists, Quote Graphics, Conference Championships, NCAA Rowing Championships and IRA National Championships, World Rowing Championships, and MORE… (Templates May or May Not Be Provided UPON Hire)
• Keep an Eye on Everything Happening In The Rowing Ecosystem: High School, Club, College, Professional/National Team, International, and Beyond!
• Facilitate Select Photography/Videography Coverage Across All Rowing Races & Events.
• Produce Social Media Content in Collaboration With Digital Managers & College Rowing Teams.
• Generate and Execute Engaging Concepts Formatted in the Best Way To Live Across All FSN Social Media Channels.
• Must Take Direction Well & Be Open-Minded/Creative.
• Our DCP Role will have to meet each week 1-5 times a week through Phone/Video Call for 1-2 Hours Each Session to align company expecations and brand image and identity with CEO & Founder, Hudson Forster, and the rest of the FSN Team to schedule weekly projects and meet deadlines accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Applicant must have Extreme Passion of College Athletics & Interest in College Rowing.
• MUST Have Seasoned Experience in Sports Social Media Design & Graphic Design.
• Video Editing Experience (Short Form & Long Form - Ability to Capture Own Video Is Encouraged As Well).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and all Abobe Applications.
• Versed in ALL Major Social Media Platforms and All Things Pop Culture.

PAY:

• DCP Pay is Competitive & Weekly.
