Direct Sales Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured training program that includes classroom instruction and hands-on experience.
• Shadow experienced sales managers to learn effective sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales plans and strategies to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation in sales processes.

Direct Sales Account Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for sales and a desire to learn and grow within the organization.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
