eCommerce Specialist

Location: This position may be remote.

Salary: Compensation for this role may range from approximately $24 to $31 per hour. The final offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, cost of living, relevant experience, internal equity, and market competitiveness.

About the role

The eCommerce Specialist position provides electronic sales support for account executives and clientele. The focus is on facilitating and in some cases developing, the customer-specific electronic interfaces for basic Emerging Business, Commercial, Corporate and IPS clients. . The eCommerce Specialist may also provide education and basic technical support that will promote and grow our electronic commerce (eCommerce) sales. As eCommerce Specialist you will get to:

• Pro-active eCommerce sales selling, integrating with the account executives and sales management to achieve electronic transactions sales goals.  
• Provide account executives, clients, and vendor walkthroughs of the custom interface and functionality specific to their needs.  
• Create and maintain customized client and vendor interfaces through management tools. Train and support account executives on eCommerce functionality and revenue potential.   
• Provide testing and validation assistance to the eCommerce team for eCommerce solution stability.  
• Seek and document site issues, or potential improvements.  
• Directly contributing and accountable for percentage of orders transacted via eCommerce  
• Provide direct day to day support to account executives, clients and vendors on eCommerce toolset.
