Seeking an EHS Manager in Carrollton Job Description: The EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Manager will oversee and coordinate environmental, health, and safety initiatives. This role includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing safety policies, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization. Job Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify hazards and mitigate risks. Organize and facilitate safety training programs for employees to promote safe work practices. Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement in environmental, health, and safety performance. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop corrective actions. Prepare and maintain EHS records and reports for management review and regulatory compliance. Work with external agencies and consultants on EHS-related matters. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations that may affect company operations. Lead efforts to create a positive safety culture within the organization. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in EHS, or a related field. Professional certification in safety or environmental management (e.g., CSP, CIH, NEBOSH) is preferred. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations and standards. Desired Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in an EHS role, preferably in the beverage or manufacturing industry. Proven track record of implementing successful EHS programs and initiatives. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
