Sphirea Plus is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of corporate, promotional, and private events, ensuring that each occasion runs smoothly from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events

  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure all elements are in place

  • Support the Events Manager in developing event timelines and schedules

  • Handle logistics including setup, registration, and on-site support

  • Maintain accurate event documentation and reports

  • Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries in a professional manner

  • Help with post-event evaluations and reporting

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • At least 1 year of experience in event coordination or a similar role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules
