Human Resources Assistant -We are currently seeking adetail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support employee reimbursement processes and broader human resources functions. This part-time role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and providing excellent support to our providers and HR team. Key Responsibilities: Review and process compensation-related requests Verify documentation and approvals align with clinic policies Maintain confidential records of employee compensation Coordinate with payroll and finance for timely disbursements Track contract terms related to provider compensation Respond to compensation-related inquiries from staff and departments Prepare internal reports for audits and tracking Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies Assist with onboarding tasks related to compensation policies Support general HR functions (data entry, filing, document tracking General HR Duties: Maintain employee database and personnel files Track leave requests and allowances; process reimbursements Handle benefit changes and update payroll systems Assist in payroll data preparation and employment verifications Manage HR supplies and department invoices Participate in trainings and ongoing HR projects Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Associates degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (Bachelors preferred) Experience in HR, payroll, or finance (healthcare setting preferred) Familiarity with compensation or reimbursement procedures is a plus Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Understanding of HR laws and best practices, bookkeeping, and payroll practices Excellent organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Effective written and verbal communication skills Discretion in handling confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS WHO WE ARE We serve with compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to whole-person care SDA Clinic in Guam is a mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality dental and medical care in a compassionate, respectful, and community-centered environment.
