Job Description:
Job Title: IAM Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract
We are seeking a highly skilled IAM (Identity and Access Management) Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with OKTA, Saviynt, Ping, Active Directory (AD), and CyberArk, and will be responsible for ensuring robust security controls, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement IAM solutions using OKTA, Saviynt, Ping, AD, and CyberArk to secure identity and access across the organization.
Configure and manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access recertification.
Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations by enforcing access controls and governance.
Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party services.
Perform user authentication and authorization reviews, including role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Collaborate with security teams to enhance IAM policies, processes, and procedures.
Assist with IAM audits and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in IAM solutions.
Expertise in OKTA, Saviynt, Ping, Active Directory (AD), and CyberArk.
Experience with SSO (Single Sign-On), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), and federation protocols.
Strong knowledge of IAM architecture, policies, and standards.
Proficiency in identity lifecycle management and access governance.
Familiarity with IAM integrations with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in IAM-related technologies (e.g., Okta Certified Professional, CyberArk Defender, Saviynt Certified Engineer).
Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
