About Us:
Emerest is a growing organization in the home healthcare industry, managing multiple companies across several states. We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead IT operations, manage infrastructure and vendor relationships, and ensure technology supports business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 and AWS, with additional experience in tools such as Salesforce, HHAeXchange (HHAx), Viventium, Monday.com, Smartsheets, and QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Operations and Infrastructure:
o Oversee IT operations across multiple companies, ensuring high system availability and performance.
o Manage IT support services, including coordination with the MSSP and IT Admins.
o Ensure robust IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services on Microsoft 365 and AWS.
Systems and Vendor Management:
o Oversee implementation and optimization of key platforms, including Salesforce, HHAx, Viventium, Monday.com, and QuickBooks.
o Manage relationships with technology vendors to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
Cybersecurity and Compliance:
o Work with the CISO and MSSP to ensure systems meet HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
o Develop and enforce IT security policies, including access control and data protection.
Strategic Planning and Alignment:
o Collaborate with the CTO to align IT initiatives with business goals and growth strategies.
o Identify and recommend opportunities for technology innovation and process improvement.
Team Leadership:
o Lead and mentor IT staff, including IT Admins and contractors.
o Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience:
o 8+ years of IT leadership experience with at least 3 in home healthcare or a related healthcare field.
o Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and AWS environments.
o Experience with Salesforce, HHAeXchange (HHAx), Viventium, Monday.com, Smartsheets, and QuickBooks preferred.
Skills:
o Proven ability to manage IT infrastructure, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
o Familiarity with healthcare-specific IT needs, such as EMR systems and HIPAA compliance.
o Strong project management and organizational skills.
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
o Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or AWS are a plus.
Location:
o Must be on site in New York City and willing to travel to NJ, PA, and CT.
