Responsibilities: • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Follow the team plan • Lead follow up • Database • CRM mastery • Scripts mastery • B2B networking • Attend team and coaching sessions • Lead generation Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Self-motivation and drive • Organized and manages time effectively • Tech savvy • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Commission opportunity • Real estate license required • Great communication About Company: Keller Williams is one of the most collaborative offices.
