Description
We are seeking a motivated and talented master’s level student currently enrolled in an MBA or MHA program for a dynamic internship experience. This 3-month paid internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare management by working on critical projects and shadowing organizational leaders.
Duration: 3 Months (Paid)
Location: Layton Antelope
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate on projects related to revenue cycle management, clinical operations, healthcare management, and process improvement.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
Assist in the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Attend and participate in meetings, offering insights and recommendations.
Shadow senior leaders and directors to gain exposure to decision-making and leadership styles.
Learning Objectives
Gain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management and operations.
Develop problem-solving and analytical skills through real-world projects.
Build professional relationships and expand your network within the healthcare industry.
Enhance leadership and communication skills by interacting with leaders.
Requirements
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an MBA or MHA program.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for healthcare management and improving patient care.
