Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sale Promoter to join our team in Turkistan, Kazakhstan. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies in the region.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and influencers in the pharmaceutical industry
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare providers about our pharmaceutical offerings
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote our products and expand our network
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in pharmaceutical sales and promotion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role within the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and healthcare systems
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and market dynamics in Kazakhstan
• Fluency in Kazakh and Russian; English proficiency is a plus
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Sales certification is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
